Core Skills

Learn the essentials of painting without all the jargon. Understand value, hue, and saturation—key ideas that make a big difference in your paintings. I’ll teach you individually (as part of the group) so you go at your own pace and paint what you want.

It’s a straightforward, hands-on approach with plenty of space to experiment.

Materials

I'll guide you through materials, what paints you need, brushes, mediums etc. I paint in oil paints and that is what I teach. Many people are fearful of painting in oils, they are really easy, so please don’t believe the negativity around them.

Relax and create

When you arrive, you’ll find your space set up and ready to paint. I’ve a relaxing playlist, tea and biscuits, to help the creative juices flow! My lessons are designed with flexibility in mind. Unlike structured courses with distinct topics each week, my approach allows you to join at any time and you’ll receive tutoring tailored to your pace and needs.

All Levels Welcome

Whether you're a beginner or refining your skills, our classes cater to everyone. You can join at any time, just pay for the remainder of that term. Bring your own materials or let me provide everything you need for a hassle-free experience.

Time: 7 - 9pm

Fees: £27.50 per session or £35 with materials paid as a block (depending on term length) this term there are 6 weeks from 7th Nov.
